Shipping Policy:

Shipping within the UAE is free of charge. Delivery may take up to 2 business days for Dubai deliveries, and up to 3 business days for the rest of the emirates.

International delivery typically takes 4 to 10 business days, with final shipping fees calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees and duties may apply depending on the destination country, and it is the customer’s responsibility to cover any additional charges.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment online.

Return policy:

We are committed to the highest quality standards and hope you never encounter any issues with our products. However, if your product develops a fault, we strive to make the return process as seamless and efficient as possible.

Our products are covered by a one-year warranty period in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Where possible, in-warranty defective products will be repaired. If a repair is not feasible, we will replace the item with a like-for-like product.

Please note that in the event of a product replacement, the warranty period remains based on the original purchase date and does not reset or extend. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
